HOMEWORK (on a regular basis) Spelling is due everyday!
Spelling: You can do ANY of the activities on your spelling activity sheet, but if
you forgot your sheet at school here are some options.
Monday- Create a crossword puzzle using the
words.
Tuesday- Put words in alphabetical order.
Wednesday-Write a sentence using each word.
Thursday-Write each word four times each and
study.
Friday-None

Homework (on a regular basis)
Due every Friday:
Current Event- You must read one newspaper, magazine, or internet article each week, and write
atleast 5 sentences explaining what it was about. Articles should be about some news that took place in the United States.
I do not want articles from tabloids, music or celebrity magazines, or any other publications of that sort. Please
look at the "Tips and Hints" page to see some acceptable internet sites for current events.
